The Roman Road to salvation uses five verses from "The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Romans" to simplify the message of redemption. It was conceived by Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001) to explain why he was a Christian and to bring others to Jesus. With each stop on the Roman Road, we learn why we need Jesus, what He did for us, how we can be saved, and what happens when we believe.
Stop 1. We learn we are all sinners. (Romans 3:23)
Stop 2. The price of sin is death. (Romans 6:23)
Stop 3. Jesus paid the price for our sin. (Romans 5:8)
Stop 4. All we need to do is believe. (Romans 10:13)
Stop 5. What happens when we have faith. (Romans 5:1)
Memorize the Roman Road, and you're ready to explain why you're a Christian and to introduce others to Jesus.
