Mark 16:1-20
Lesson 99
Lesson 99
Read both the "King James Bible" and the "New Living Translation."
In this lesson:
Christ has risen!
Please note:
Some Bible scholars feel that Mark did not write the last twelve verses of chapter 16, therefore they are not the inspired word of God. However, a majority of scholars believe they were written by Mark, and thus authoritative. Why the confusion? The last page of Mark's Gospel was lost, and then found. While the earliest manuscripts did not include verses 16:9-20, the manuscripts made after the page was recovered include these twelve verses.
